10Base-2 another name for Ethernet using thin (0.5 cm diameter) coaxial cable and BNC connectors; also called cheapernet and thinnet
10Base-5 the original Ethernet implementation using 1 cm diameter coaxial cable and screw together connectors
10Base-T IEEE 802.3 physical layer specification for 10 Mb/s Ethernet over two pairs of Category 3, 4 or 5 unshielded twisted pair wire; uses RJ-45 connectors
1TR6 German ISDN switch standard used prior to the ETSI NET3 standard
3270 a terminal emulation standard for connecting to mainframe computers
